Monopoly Business Center offers indoor and outdoor options for your next event or meeting. Our meeting rooms are available for small or large group meetings, presentations, and/or events.

CONFERENCE/PRESENTATION ROOM
Perfect for trainings and presentations, this space is 700 square feet [20 x 35]. The maximum seating capacity is 60 occupants. The conference/presentation room also includes a convenient breakout/satellite office that can be used to close the deal after your presentation.

FOYER
Ideal for receptions and networking mixers, this open space provides 1500 square feet [35 x 100] of customizable space that can be designed to fit your needs.

PATIO
Boasting over 5000 square feet of space, the MBC patio is a prime option for your outdoor event or gathering. The patio offers a unique setting, with unlimited possibilities of usage.

AUXILIARY LOT
At nearly an acre of paved concrete, this diamond in the rough can be used for just about any large outdoor function you can possibly think of. With over 33,750 square feet of space, you or your company can play host to a large number of clients and customers. The auxiliary lot is located directly behind the Monopoly Business Center, at the intersection of Ewing Avenue and 11th Street.
